While we strive to ensure that all of our attendees are comfortable, due to the fact that many of our attendees wear suits, other attendees may find the meeting rooms to be cold. Please consider bringing a sweater or jacket for your personal comfort.
State laboratories receiving funding under the ISO/IEC 17025 Cooperative Agreement for food testing must use those funds to arrange for at least 2 attendees to be present at this mandatory meeting. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.
State laboratories receiving funding for ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation for feed testing under the AFRPS Cooperative Agreement may use those funds to attend this meeting. This meeting is optional for these laboratories, but you are most welcome to attend. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.
Other invited laboratories not receiving cooperative agreement funds, should contact Krystal Reed (email@example.com) regarding any travel or funding questions.
FDA ORS attendees should complete the online registration form. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements. Do not make your hotel reservations through CGE.
States with cooperative agreements that include MFRPS Funding must use these funds to send at least 2 personnel to the meeting. No cost estimate needed. Travel under the food contract will not be authorized. You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements.

Super Shuttle: Super Shuttle provides ground transportation services at IAH and HOU. Conference attendees can receive a 10% discount using this link: SuperShuttle Airport Transportation Discount Link. When the link first opens there will be a pop up that asks to let supershuttle.com track your physical location, you need to select “allow” in order for the rates to show. Choose between a shared-ride shuttle with fellow passengers headed in the same direction or book a non-stop shuttle just for you and your party. The shared-ride option may take a bit more time to arrive at your destination, but is often more affordable than a taxi, especially if traveling alone.
